THE MODERN ORGANIC WINERY
The modern organic winery COLLINE DI SOPRA was founded in autumn 2006 and taken over in 2015 by the agronomist ETH Ing. Ulrich Ziegler. It has four excellent terroirs with a total area of 450 ha.
THE LOCATIONS
COLLINE DI SOPRA today consists of 20 ha of productive vineyards and 68 ha of newly planted vineyards (or in preparation) with Costa Toscana typical grape varieties, including white grape varieties.

OUR GOAL IS
Our goal is natural and sustainable cultivation. To this end, we also use renewable energies and collect rainwater. In our vineyard, we produce in accordance with organic and biodynamic criteria. In our wine cellar, we work exclusively with indigenous yeasts, as far as possible without sulphites and no filtration. As such, the vineyards is cultivated strictly in line with organic and biodynamic principles, and is monitored by the ICEA certification authority.
