Vineyards

The vineyards of the COLLINE DI SOPRA
The work begins in the vineyard. Here we promote soil fertility with targeted perennial sowings. This is important for the vitality of the vines and serves to promote beneficial insects.
We work rigorously according to organic and biodynamic principles and see the vineyard as a living organism, working in biodynamics with horn silica, nettle, etc. and paying attention to the phases of the moon.
Or in selection - everything involves a lot of manual work. We only leave one grape per vine shoot. This way we have a higher concentration in the grapes and this has a very good effect on the quality of our wines.
